Human error screw up(no pun intended) my previous cartridge holder. I ordered this and received it sooner than anticipated. I assumed because of supply delays it would take weeks, but I received it within a week.

I replaced my N2O holder because my last one cracked, but now the heavy cream is leaking from the lid. Is there a tip to resolve this problem? Is there a different size holder? When I twisted it onto the canister, the air all seemed to leak out of the sides. Please help.
